Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We only ship to all provinces in the Philippines.

We usually dispatch your parcels within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Once we have sent out your parcel, we will send out your Tracking Number via email and text. Depending on the courier service and your location, you will receive your package within 3-10 days.

We use Gogo Xpress and Ninjavan for a majority of our shipping. In case these couriers do not ship to you, we may use other couriers to fulfil your order. Shipping costs will vary based on your location, the size and weight of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case you are not satisfied with your tea, or if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, please read through our return and refund policy.

Non-Faulty Returns
In case you change your mind about your purchase, please email us within seven (7) days. Once your request has been approved, you can proceed with turning the product. We can then issue a refund to you based on these conditions:

The packet is unopened, unused and undamaged.

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.

The refund given will be for the price of the parcel and will not include shipping.

The product must be returned to us before we can issue any refunds.

Failure of Delivery
In the event that our local courier service has not delivered your parcel to you, then you are entitled to a 100% refund, excluding shipping fee. re:leaf Tea Manila will first make inquiries with the courier assigned to your delivery before approving your request.

Incorrect Orders
If we sent the wrong product to you, then please email us within seven (7) days and we will send the correct product to you with free shipping. We do not require customers to return the incorrect product.
